Pamela Seymon is a partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where she has practiced since 1982, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance. She has represented corporations on offense as well as defense, in both friendly and unsolicited transactions, including Ticketmaster in its purchase of a controlling interest in Frontline management, QVC Inc. in its unsolicited bid for Paramount Communications, and Delhaize Group and USA Interactive in its purchases of Ticketmaster, Expedia and Hotels.com.
Ms Seymon was featured in the American Lawyer’s ‘45 Under 45 - 45 Young Lawyers who are Making their Mark Today and Will Lead the Profession Tomorrow’ and in The International Who’s Who of Merger & Acquisition Lawyers. She graduated from Wellesley College in 1977 as a Wellesley Scholar, and from New York University School of Law in 1982.
