About Us:

The Yale Law Democrats is dedicated to fostering student engagement in the American political process and to promoting the ideals of the Democratic Party. To that end, we host a yearly speakers series, organize panels and debates, provide policy advice to candidates and elected members of government, and organize social events that facilitate informal conversations among members.We are also dedicated to extending our network beyond the three years each of us spends at YLS: To that end, we work to support the political aspirations of YLS Democratic alumni and to build relationships between alumni and current students. Many Yale Law Democrats members are also active in political campaigns here in Connecticut and around the nation.
