Andrew J. Pincus is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. He is a partner in the firm Mayer Brown in Washington, D.C. Mr. Pincus specializes in briefing and arguing cases in the Supreme Court of the United States and in federal and state appellate courts as well as developing legal arguments in trial courts. He has argued 23 cases before the Supreme Court and filed briefs in more than 100 cases in that Court. He received his B.A. cum laude from Yale College in 1977 and his J.D. from Columbia University Law School
