Carlos Affonso Pereira de Souza

Carlos Affonso is the Director of the Institute for Technology and Society of Rio de Janeiro at the Law School of the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). He holds a Doctoral and a Master degree in Civil Law at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ, 2009 and 2003) and a J.D at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio, 2000). He teaches in the graduation and post-graduation courses of FGV and PUC-Rio on Intellectual Property, Law & ICTs, Contracts and Torts.
