Marina Santilli is a senior research scholar in law at Yale Law School. She has been professor of law at the University of Pisa (Italy), visiting professor at NYU Law School and Harvard Law School, and a senior research scholar at the London School of Economics. Her books include Civil Law of the State: Crossing Paths of Public and Private Law, and Author’s Rights in the Information Society (both in Italian). Ms. Santilli has an M.A. from New York University, and a masters in civil law and a J.D. from the University of Pisa.
