Yale Journal on Regulation

Publishes scholarly articles, comments, essays and book reviews twice a year in fields including telecommunications, bankruptcy, information technology, antitrust, health care, environmental law, utilities and corporate/securities. The Journal is a national forum for legal, political, and economic analysis of current issues in regulatory policy.

A biannual publication of the Yale Law School dedicated to publishing legal scholarship and policy proposals by lawmakers, judges, practitioners, academics, and students.
