The China Law Review, one of China’s leading legal publications, has just published (in Chinese) an article by Center Director Paul Gewirtz entitled “Constitutional Enforcement: Who Should Do It and How?” (“宪法实施:谁来进行,如何实施?”). Both Chinese and English versions of the article are available here. The article is noteworthy because publications about constitutionalism, especially by foreign authors, have been rare in China in recent years. This article is a somewhat revised version of lecture that Professor Gewirtz delivered at Peking University Law School on March 19, 2015.
