Ben Graham

Benjamin W. Graham is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and an associate at Williams & Connolly. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. In recent years, he has tried cases before arbitral tribunals in Stockholm, Madrid, New York, and Hong Kong. Originally from Missouri, Graham earned his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis. He spent a year on an academic fellowship in Berlin, Germany, before attending Yale Law School, where he won the school’s top prize for trial advocacy.
