Sarah P. Hogarth is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School, where she co-directs the Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic. She is also a partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP and part of the Firm’s Supreme Court and Appellate Practice. Hogarth briefs and argues complex appeals and critical motions. She has handled cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as every federal court of appeals and several state appellate courts. Her experience includes matters involving federal practice and jurisdiction, constitutional law, preemption, administrative law, the False Claims Act, intellectual property, antitrust, the Federal Arbitration Act, insurance, and taxation.
