PhD Candidate Shelley Welton Receives Award for Article
Shelley Welton, a PhD candidate at Yale Law School, published an article titled "Non-Transmission Alternatives" in the Harvard Environmental Law Review in July 2015. Welton's article will receive an award from the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review, co-sponsored by the Environmental Law Institute and Vanderbilt University Law School, at an event in Washington, DC, on April 1.
