Please join Sterling Professor of Law Roberta Romano ‘80 for a conversation about law teaching. We will discuss the appeal, the challenges and opportunities to develop a career in the legal academy with a focus on private law. It will be a chance to discuss this career, how best to prepare for it, its differences with scholarship in public law as well as the place and function of specialized centers such as the YLS Center for the Study of Corporate Law which Professor Romano directs.
